On the morning of September 29, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ngo Vu Thang chaired a working session with the delegation of JANZZ.technology Company (Switzerland) on human resource development and digital labor market construction. Here, the company committed to invest 300,000 USD and coordinate the pilot implementation of the project “Integrated labor market solution – JANZZilms!” in Ca Mau, aiming to contribute to improving labor quality, meeting the socio-economic development needs of the province.

Providing an overview of the province’s development orientation, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ngo Vu Thang said: After the merger of Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces from July 1, 2025, Ca Mau province will have a population of about 2.6 million people; of which the labor force accounts for about 70%. In general, the Ca Mau labor market is in an important transition period, shifting from agriculture – aquaculture towards industrialization and services. The Ca Mau labor market is facing a gap in labor supply and demand, with limited trained workers with degrees and certificates, while the supply of unskilled labor is very abundant.
The representative of the Department of Home Affairs added that in 2025, the labor market in Ca Mau province had a good recovery in terms of quantity, but the quality of labor, soft skills, and digital capacity had not kept up with market requirements. To promote the shift of labor structure in line with the economic structure and in a sustainable direction, Ca Mau province focused on many solutions, implementing financial and employment support policies; developing jobs in the private economic sector; diversifying forms of organization to implement activities to support job transactions…

From the current situation, Ca Mau province hopes that JANZZ.technology Company will support solutions to enhance the application of digital technology in management, human resource development, pilot implementation of an integrated labor market system; closely link vocational training with the needs of businesses and the labor market, ensuring training according to address.
On the other hand, prioritize human resource development in key industries such as: Information technology, information security, digital transformation, tourism – services, processing industry, renewable energy. In addition, promote international cooperation in training high-quality human resources, attract programs, projects, scholarships for officials, students; build mechanisms, policies for treatment and attract talents to work in the province, especially in high-tech fields; build connections, participate in joint working groups between the province and strategic partners to pilot and replicate modern human resource management models.

At the same time, the pilot project “Integrated labor market solution – JANZZilms!” will be implemented in Ca Mau with an implementation roadmap through 03 specific phases.
Through the working session, Mr. Stefan Winzenried hopes to receive the coordination and support of local authorities and relevant authorities so that the Pilot Project “Integrated Labor Market Solution – JANZZilms!” becomes a solid foundation in developing the labor market of Ca Mau province, as well as expanding the company’s operating market.

Ca Mau province will create favorable conditions as well as closely coordinate with the company to implement the project over a long period of time and achieve the best results, in order to promote human resource development, towards building a digital labor source for the province.
