Integrated labor market solutions are being proposed for implementation in Khanh Hoa province.
On November 6, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, the vice chairman of the provincial people’s committee, met with the founder of JANZZ.technology (Switzerland) to discuss the pilot implementation of the JANZZilms! Integrated Labor Market Solution project. According to Stefan Winzenried, the CEO of JANZZ.technology, the company proposed a plan to implement the pilot project in Khanh Hoa. The project will support Khanh Hoa in converting to a comprehensive, long-term, and sustainable labor market system. Through the data system, businesses will develop conversion plans to achieve three basic goals.

This involves connecting labor supply and demand, developing workers’ skills and career orientation, and forecasting and planning labor market policies for management agencies. It also involves creating an ecosystem that connects businesses, training facilities, and workers. According to statistics from the Khanh Hoa Province Department of Home Affairs, about 1.018 million people aged 15 and over are currently employed in the province’s economic sectors, accounting for 53.7% of the province’s population. Khanh Hoa has about 15,000 to 20,000 people of working age each year, and over 80% of workers are trained. Over 32% of workers have degrees or certificates.
The province currently has approximately 15,000 operating enterprises employing around 200,000 people, as well as over 96,000 non-agricultural, forestry, and fishery economic establishments employing over 150,000 people. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha appreciated the Integrated Labor Market Solution, JANZZilms!, saying that the proposal is very suitable for the current digital transformation period and uses AI for management and socioeconomic development.
The Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee will establish a working group to have specific and in-depth exchanges with JANZZ.technology to study appropriate applications.
