On the morning of November 6, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha, Vice Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, met with Mr. Stefan Winzenried, founder and CEO of JANZZ.technology (Switzerland), to discuss the proposal to pilot the JANZZilms! Integrated Labor Market Solution Project in the province.

At the meeting, JANZZ.technology representatives introduced an overview of their Integrated Labor Market Solution and proposed plans to pilot it in Khanh Hoa. The project will support the operation of a comprehensive, long-term, and sustainable labor market system with the following objectives: Connecting labor supply and demand; developing skills and career orientation for workers; forecasting and planning labor market policy for management agencies; creating an ecosystem of connectivity between enterprises, training institutions and workers. JANZZ.technology will implement the project over a period of 12 to 18 months, covering 100% of the costs, which total 300,000 USD.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Ha thanked JANZZ.technology for their interest in developing the provincial labor market and emphasized their Integrated Labor Market Solution. This is quite in line with the Central Committee’s policy on digital transformation and the use of AI for the province’s management and socioeconomic development. Therefore, in the near future, the Provincial People’s Committee will establish a working group to engage in specific and in-depth discussions with JANZZ.technology. Based on these discussions, the provincial People’s Committee leaders will make a decision.
