On the morning of September 29, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Ngo Vu Thang had a meeting with Mr. Stefan Winzenried – Founder, CEO of JANZZ Company and Ms. Pham Quy Ly, Director of Market Development, representative of JANZZ.technology Company (Switzerland) on the pilot implementation of the project “Integrated Labor Market Solutions – JANZZilms!”.

At the meeting, Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs Tran Yen Hoa said that Ca Mau population has more than 2.6 million people. In particular, the labor force of the age accounted for more than 70.4%. The province has 8,569 businesses operating.

The results of the survey at the end of 2024 collected 6,037 votes were in demand for labor. As of September 16, 2025, the recruitment demand was 8,816. The labor market of the province has recovered quite well in quantity, but the quality of labor, soft skills and capacity has not yet met the requirements; labor supply and demand in the province is still different.
Stefan Winzenried introduced an overview of the JANZZilms! solution, the technology of comparing skills and the skill argument of JANZZ, and proposed a plan to pilot the “Integrated Labor Market Solution – JANZZilms!” project in Ca Mau.

Accordingly, the project will be implemented in 12 – 18 months, with a total capital of 300,000 USD funded by JANZZ.technology in the form of products and consulting services. The implementation will be coordinated by JANZZ Company with the Department of Home Affairs, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Education and Training. The project aims to connect labor supply and demand based on real-time data; support to improve skills and career orientation; strengthen the capacity of forecasting and policy-making; and create an effective bridge between enterprises, training institutions and workers.

According to the plan, the project will be implemented in 3 phases including: Survey and planning in 3 months; trial implementation in 6 – 12 months; evaluation and proposed expansion.
