Frontend Engineer with Full Stack Affinity (60–100%)

JANZZ.technology is a technology and consulting company that offers semantic search and matching technologies, classification tools, multilingual and poly-directional ontologies in the field of occupation data (professions/activities, job-related competences, training/qualifications, specializations, etc.) as well as white label platforms as cloud/SaaS or on-premise solution.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a top motivated front-end engineer who also has a flair for back-end development. You enjoy working independently with sophisticated products and projects in an international environment.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities in this role include:

Frontend Development

  • Design, implementation, and maintenance of UI components and pages in Nuxt 4 (Vue 3). Development of a component-based architecture (Composition API, Pinia/Store). Performance optimization (SSR, static site generation, lazy loading, caching).
  • Close collaboration with backend teams (Node.js, Python, etc.) to define APIs (REST/GraphQL). Co-design of API contracts, validation of request/response schemas (e.g., Zod, Yup). Basic implementation of server-side logic in Nuxt (server middleware, Nitro).
  • Writing unit tests and end-to-end tests. Code reviews, compliance with our coding standards and guidelines
  • Integration of build pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) for automated deployment.
  • Implementation of design systems and style guides (Tailwind)
  • Documentation based on Swagger

Profile and requirements:

We are looking for a personality with proven experience with Nuxt 4 and Vue 3 including HTML5, CSS3 (Tailwind CSS, CSS‑Modules, SCSS) knowledge. Further, you own the relevant experience in JavaScript/TypeScript and with API design (REST, GraphQL) including auth flows. In addition, you bring experience of at least one server-side language like Node.js, or Python and databases, advantageously PostgreSQL

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities in this role include:

Cloud and infrastructure

  • Planning, setting up, and operating modern, highly available cloud environments (IaaS/PaaS) based on leading hyperscaler technologies, preferably Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, OCI
  • Provisioning and operating compute, storage, and network resources
  • Lifecycle management (patching, updates, decommissioning)
  • Implementation of backup and restore concepts
  • Monitoring, logging, and incident handling

Automation & Operation

  • Setup and maintenance of infrastructure-as-code with Terraform
  • Automation of deployments and operational processes
  • Standardization of Dev/Test/Prod environments
  • Documentation of architectures, runbooks, and operational processes
  • Close collaboration with development team to build CI/CD workflows based on ArgoCD

Security & Governance

  • Implementation of security-by-design principles
  • Identity & access management based on keycloak (least privilege, roles, service accounts, etc.)
  • Hardening VMs, containers, and platform services
  • Handling secrets & key management (e.g., key vaults/secret managers)
  • Security logging, auditing, and support with incident analysis
  • Support with compliance and governance requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO)

Profile and requirements:

We are looking for someone with proven experience as a Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineer and you can demonstrate practical experience and knowledge in working with the most important cloud platforms, a big plus is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience. Your solid understanding of cloud networks and cloud security including IAM goes hand in hand with your experience with CI/CD and Kubernetes based, containerized environments including implementing mechanisms regarding monitoring, logging and alerting. To make it complete, you will take a leading role to design and implement Infrastructure as Code based on Terraform.

Technical Writer for Software Applications / Software Documentalist and Cloud Solutions (60–100%)

In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated personality with an affinity for language and innovation who likes to deal with demanding products and projects in a well-founded and independent way.

Responsibilities

Creation, improvement of existing software documentation as well as adaptation to specific customer needs, patent requirements, etc. In particular, specification-documents for new applications and functionalities in various projects as well as training documents in German and English and other languages if necessary, or organization of translations. Coordination of the created documentation with relevant departments such as software programming and business development, as well as support of the departments in creating further documents. Participation and support of further development in project planning.

Profile and requirements

We are looking for someone with a proven passion for new developments in web and platform technologies and complex cloud solutions. An apprenticeship/degree in software programming, business informatics or as a technical editor is desired. More important to us than diplomas, however, are relevant experience in technical documentation, especially of software applications and cloud solutions, as well as a good knowledge of graphics and word processing programs, document-relevant standards and guidelines and specialist terminology. Resilience and endurance are absolute prerequisites, as well as we focus on very flat structures and prefer people who are proactive and result-oriented. An exact and reliable working method as well as fluent (mother tongue level) knowledge of English is required, German and other languages would be advantageous.

For the capacities of: testing, data implementation, care and migration, training and administration of our semantic applications and knowledge graph. To strengthen our team, we are seeking motivated personalities with an affinity for technology and innovation. Applicants should be: able to engage reliably, self-motivated, comfortable with the details of complex IT.

Responsibilities

To assist with application testing, data implementation (incl. modeling of our knowledge graph) and maintenance at all stages of development – and to report findings to the development and process managers; to share in the design and implementation of client training courses; and to cooperate in the administration and coordination of customer and service enquiries.

Profile and requirements

We are looking for talents from various disciplines such as linguistics, medicine, jurisprudence or natural sciences etc., or related, with a proven passion for innovation in Web and platform technologies. Sound Web knowledge and a strong affinity for social media are assets. Personality, and the ability to cope with a heavy workload are essential requirements. We prefer people who are self-motivated and able to work independently. You will be required to work in a precise and reliable manner and also be native speaker in Lithuanian – a second mother tongue in English, German or French are a must.
